By accessing or using the website and services of Lyons Plumbing, doing business as Pittsburgh Deep Cleaners, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Agreements

When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information regarding property size, condition, and access details. Unusually heavy debris, biohazards, or undisclosed excess clutter may require price adjustments or additional time approval.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is authorized or processed in accordance with our booking agreement. Final charges are completed following service execution unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Liability

Our cleaners are fully insured. While we exercise extreme care, please secure fragile or invaluable items prior to service. Any claims regarding property damage must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
